Terms and Conditions for Piccadilly Restaurants LLC Loyalty App

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Piccadilly Restaurants LLC Loyalty App ("App") and the loyalty program ("Loyalty Program") offered by Piccadilly Restaurants LLC ("we", "our", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, or use the App.
1. Eligibility
To participate in the Loyalty Program and use the App, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a valid email address or phone number.
- Reside in a jurisdiction where the Loyalty Program is available.
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required during the sign-up process.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and not share your account with others.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Loyalty Program Points
- Earning Points: You will earn points for qualifying purchases at participating Piccadilly Restaurants locations, as specified within the App. Points are accrued based on the amount spent.
- Redeeming Points: Points may be redeemed for rewards as described in the App. Rewards are subject to availability and may change from time to time at our discretion.
- Expiration of Points: Points may expire after a certain period of inactivity, as specified in the App. Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other monetary value.
4. Loyalty Program Benefits
The Loyalty Program offers various benefits, including but not limited to:
- Special promotions, discounts, or offers available exclusively to members.
- Birthday rewards or other personalized benefits.
- Early access to new menu items or events.
All benefits are subject to change or cancellation at any time, at our sole discretion.
5. Use of the App
- You agree to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of the App.
6. Privacy and Data Collection

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Termination of Account
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, you will lose any unredeemed points or rewards, and we will have no further obligation to you.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to lost points, rewards, or data.
10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Southlake, TX, and you waive any right to participate in a class action or similar proceeding.
