All newly hired managers undergo extensive training to prepare for the challenges of running one of our restaurants. Our management program encompasses all aspects of restaurant operations as well as general management principles and leadership skills. Depending on your background and experience, you will be placed in one of our Training Centers in a program for up to 10 weeks. Your program will help make the most of what you bring to the table while setting you up for success at Piccadilly upon completion.
