Today, Piccadilly operates 130 cafeterias offering the same freshness, quality, variety and value that made the original Piccadilly a Baton Rouge tradition. T.H. (Tandy) Hamilton founded the cafeteria chain in 1944 with a single small café and cafeteria. By the time he retired in 1972, he had exceeded his goal of owning a chain of 40 cafeterias. Tandy’s legacy to the company is now enjoyed daily by thousands of guests as one of the largest cafeteria chains in the nation.
